About Me

I believe that our most difficult
life experiences offer the tremendous opportunity for our deepest transformations

profoundly painful and disorienting, perhaps causing us to question our understanding of this world and our place in it, I believe that these experiences when deeply and fully honored, can become the catalyst for discovering our own innate power, wisdom, and purpose in life. I honor the transformative process, holding space with curiosity and compassion, knowing that each person’s journey unfolds in its own time and way.

While

moved by the resilient human spirit, which because of rather than despite of its suffering, grows ever stronger. I am a lover of the Divine Mystery that is this life, and I am deeply honored to recommit daily to that which has called me as a guide to others in helping to alchemize their suffering into the deepest knowing of their innate wholeness and aliveness. I am not an expert who has all your answers, I am simply another soul who has come to experience life and to do the work that is mine to do. In the process, I am learning to allow myself to be a flawed, sometimes messy, and a perfectly imperfect human. I feel deeply honored to guide you with the skills, tools, and training that I’ve gathered along the way…

I am deeply

The human soul
doesn’t want to be advised
or fixed or saved. It simply wants to
be witnessed~to be seen, heard and
companioned exactly as it is. When we make
that kind of deep bow to the soul of a suffering
person, our respect reinforces the soul’s healing resources, the only resources that can help the sufferer make it through
